1st – 31st October 2022 – Expressions of Interest Open
Expressions of Interest are open to all Stud and Commercial breeders. Expression of Interest is free and assists with planning for this busy and highly anticipated event.
1st Nov 2022 – 13th Jan 2023 – Registrations Open
Registration is open between 1st November 2022 – 13th January 2023. Payment must be made for entries made at this time.
15th January 2023 – Final Date for sheep data.
Once your registration is complete you will be sent a request for data for uploading to the Sale Catalogue.

27th January 2023 – Vendor declarations & Health Statements to be sent to info@suffolk-vic.org.au
4th February 2023 – Auction Day
- 7am – 10am delivery and pen allocation of sheep (unless prior arrangement with Kyneton Stock Agents)
- 12pm – Auction starts
- Buyers to make full payment for Sheep on Day of Auction (unless prior arrangement with Kyneton Stock Agents)
- Buyers to take sheep at completion of sale once payment has been made.
